about carly.
I entered the therapy field from a deep call to attend to my own healing. I’m proud to say I’ve been actively engaged in personal healing work for two decades. The fruit of my inner work has very naturally overflowed into my passion for working with others.
Outside of being a therapist, I am a mother consumed by two darling children/teachers, forever enchanted by the beauty of nature and seek refuge there frequently, a dedicated meditator, a lifelong dancer, a lover of native plants, flowers and herbs, deeply inspired by poetry and music, delight in the company of good friends and community…. and possess an impulse towards accessing freedom in every moment.
